Mosaic Counselling & Family Services is committed to the highest level of moral and ethical standards in the delivery of services and the conduct of its work. All staff and volunteers sign a Code of Ethics Agreement obliging compliance with the agency's ethics policies and practices, including the confidentiality and proper use of personal information relating to clients, staff, donors and volunteers in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

A Privacy Officer oversees compliance with the principles of the Code. You may direct questions, as well as any complaints and concerns, to the Privacy Officer.
